Return Policy

Savior Saddle Rack retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Savior Saddle Rack thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Savior Saddle Rack expressly consents.

Generally, Savior Saddle Rack will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

At Savior Saddle Rack sole discretion, Savior Saddle Rack may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned.

Shipping - Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Savior Saddle Rack are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Savior Saddle Rack is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.

Warranty

Savior Saddle Rack guarantees all items of its manufacture to be free of defects in workmanship and materials and to be suitable for the intended use, and intended use only. This warranty is void if the product is used for any purpose other than its intended use determined solely by Savior Saddle Rack.

Should you receive a defective product, simply call for return authorization and you will be allowed to return the item for our inspection to determine if the item is actually defective. If item is proved defective, liability shall be limited to replacement of the product with the same or similar merchandise, or refund of the original purchase price at the sole discretion of Savior Saddle Rack. If not defective, product in question will be returned “as is” to the customer with shipping cost re-applied.

By placing an order customers hereby agree to the “conditions of sale” as stated on this page and further agrees to hold Savior Saddle Rack safe and harmless from liability for any consequential or incidental damages or loss incurred in the connection with the use or misuse of any product purchased from Savior Saddle Rack. Savior Saddle Rack shall not be held liable for any statement or representations of warranty or suitability for specific usage that are made by dealers or other purchasers for resale concerning our products, since such statements or representations are beyond the control of Savior Saddle Rack.
